Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AppRankr ("Service"), operated by AppRankr ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AppRankr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides app store optimization (ASO) tools including listing analysis, keyword research, competitor tracking, review analytics, and AI-powered content generation for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Plans and Payment

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — access continues until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of app store policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

5. Data and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, code, and proprietary algorithms. AI-generated content (titles, descriptions) is provided for your use — you own the output once generated. App store data displayed is sourced from publicly available information.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppRankr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
