Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never store plain-text passwords).

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including analyses performed, keywords tracked, and features accessed. This helps us improve the product and enforce plan limits.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID but never see or store your credit card details.

• To improve the Service based on usage patterns
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI content generation. App listing data may be sent to Anthropic's API for analysis and content generation. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Railway — infrastructure hosting.

4. Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your authentication token for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Analysis history and keyword data are retained according to your plan (7 days for Free, 90 days for Pro, 1 year for Business). If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, bcrypt hashing for passwords, and secure infrastructure on Railway. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data (available on Pro and Business plans)
• Object to data processing
